I am writing to complain about your new online book which I purchased online last week as a birthday present for my sister.
When I bought this book I thought that the product would appeal to them. The book looks innocent and fun, which is why I decided to buy it. But my parents think is inappropriate for young children.
Furthermore, we were shocked to see that the book promotes bad behaviour. It is completely unacceptable!
Until now, I had always been really impressed with your company and associated your products with quality entretainment.
