MY BASKETBALL TEAM:
Rules
My basketball team is very strict and because of this we must always be on time for training. We always have to wear the club's red and white T-shirts and shorts for training and matches. We aren't allowed to wear our normal trainers. We have to use special trainers for basketball.
Training
Although the training is fun, before a match it can be really hard. We train three times a week. We always have to do warm-ups. The warm-ups include running and stretchin. The coach says we should do exercise at home, too. We have to go training when we've got school exams.
Matches
We play our home and away matches on Saturday mornings. They usually start at eleven o'clock, but we have to arrive an hour before to warm-up. When we play a match our coach is very ambitious and very strict. He always wants to win all the matches.
